Too much stress or not being able to cope with it, can lead to health concerns.

Examples of Negative Stress: Financial problems, illness or death of a loved one, poor grades, being bullied or not accepted. Positive Stress can include starting a new school or starting a new job.
Examples of a negative situation for athletes are:-
- Losing a game
- Being benched or released from a team

Stress is part of our life that affect us both positively and negatively.
