Sometimes we don’t know when we need help. Some feelings you might want to get help with are:

🏒You are sad and feel alone
🏒Don’t have an appetite or seem to be eating way more than usual
🏒Your grades are dropping because you can’t concentrate
🏒You feel worthless
🏒You get extremely nervous, anxious or worry about everything
