They are actions we take to address stress, problems, or uncomfortable emotions.
Before a game, many of the athletes find ways to deal with their anxious feelings of the game.
We can all have our own coping strategies and healthy habits that help us to deal with mental health issues.
Some of these practices can be:

🏒Deep breathing
🏒Listening to soothing music
🏒Exercise
🏒Positive imagery
🏒Creative writing and journaling
🏒Art
