Aggression
Aggressive behaviour is conflict that:
May be intentional or unintentional
May be direct or indirect
Can take many forms, including physical, verbal, and social
Can occur once or can be repeated
Can happen within a weak relationship
Can be experienced in a number of ways, including physical, mental, emotional, and psychological harm
Negative teasing and aggression can lead to bullying when:
There is a power imbalance
There is intent to cause harm
It causes harm or distress
It is typically repeated
