I don’t understand. At my last school, I had lots of friends. Here, people make fun of me all the time and make up lies about why I left my old school. I wish the teacher would pick our groups so that I wouldn’t always be left out in front of the whole class. I feel so sad every day and don’t want to come to school. I can’t even sleep at night. How can I get help to make this stop? I just want to be happy like I was at my old school.

Ryan is always really nice to me, but he is always really mean to a student on our bus with special needs. I get an awful feeling in my stomach when he is picking on him. Everyday, I dread what will happen on this bus ride. I worry if I say something that Ryan will get mad and not want to be friends anymore. How can I make this stop?
