Exchanges & Processing
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have receive the exchanged item.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
- Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
- We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
- Only one code can be used on a purchase.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

How do I pay with PayPal?
1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click “Checkout with PayPal” which will redirect you to PayPal’s payment page.
2) To pay, you can sign in to your existing PayPal account or you can create a new one if you haven’t already registered for one. Keep in mind, registering for PayPal is not necessary to pay with credit card. On PayPal’s payment page, you can select to pay with a credit card without registering.
How do I pay via money transfer?
1) After viewing your items in your shopping cart page, you can select “Money Transfer” as your payment option. You’ll then be prompted with additional information.
2) If you are transferring money via Western Union, simply proceed through checkout, complete your order and submit your payment through Western Union. Your order will not be shipped until we can confirm receipt of payment. Either we’ll contact you for the Western Union Tracking Number (MTCN) via your customer email on file or you can go ahead and email us with your MTCN and order number if you’d like to expedite processing time. Processing time via Western Union can take between 2-4 days.
3) If you are transferring money via Interac eTransfer, simply submit your payment through your bank/online banking system to the specified name and address at checkout and proceed to complete your order. Your order will not be shipped until we can confirm receipt of payment.

Do you provide tracking information?
